After the audit
A list of mechanics, a transfer plan and the list of tills we connect.
Eight stages from audit to training: who does what, what the store needs to provide and what you get at each step.

Loyalty program implementation follows clear stages, and each ends with a verifiable result. We set up the rules together with your marketer, check receipts at the till and launch one point first. We do not name timelines: they depend on the number of stores, tills and the state of the data, and we give an estimate after the audit.
Goals, stores, current cards and discounts.
Customers, cards, groups, rules.
Mechanics, together with the marketer.
Connection and calculation checks.
In the store's brand, banners, texts.
One point, we watch the receipts.
The other points, training, support.
| Stage | Our side | Your side |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Audit | We review goals, stores, cards and discounts | You describe the current program and give access to people and data |
| 2. Data transfer | We prepare the load and check the calculation | Export of customers and cards, a person responsible for data |
| 3. Rules | We set up mechanics together with the marketer | The marketer defines the conditions of offers and tiers |
| 4. Tills | We connect the till or the API and check receipts | Access to tills, a store IT specialist |
| 5. The app | Design, banners, texts in Romanian and Russian | Logo, colors, the policy agreed with your lawyer |
| 6. Pilot | We watch receipts and adjust rules | Cashiers and their feedback |
| 7. Launch | We connect the remaining points | The go decision, a message to customers |
| 8. Training and support | We train marketers and cashiers and stay alongside | You name the responsible people |

A list of mechanics, a transfer plan and the list of tills we connect.
Customers and cards are loaded, and the calculation is checked against the old one on real receipts.
Offers and bonuses work on test receipts, and the marketer knows how to change them.
Receipts go through the full cycle: identification, calculation, confirmation.
The pilot on one point lets us see real receipts before the mass launch. After launch we train marketers and cashiers and stay close: questions about rules, the till and the app are welcome afterwards too.
If something in the pilot does not work as it should, we fix the rules or settings before launching in the other stores.
Yes. The pilot on one point exists for exactly that: to check rules and receipts before launching in the others.
No. The till keeps selling, and connection runs in parallel and is checked on test receipts.
Rules are configured without code. A programmer is needed only to connect a third-party till through the API.
